This service is for the completed initial entries for the company statutory registers. It is a legal requirement that the director's of a company, or the Company Secretary if one is appointed, maintain these statutory records.

Select this product to have a professionally printed (Original) Certificate of Incorporation added to your order for this company incorporation.

With this service we will be appointed to your company in the capacity as Company Secretary.

Although it is no longer a legal requirement for a Limited company to have a company secretary appointed to the company, you may wish to still have an official appointment in place.

With this service you may use our N12 address as the main correspondence address of your company and we will forward your mail on to you.

This service is ideal for small or new start-up businesses that do not wish to be seen as operating from home and includes the daily forwarding of all business mail (excluding parcels) to your specified address.

Our address is a genuine office location with dedicated mail handling staff. We do not operate imitation 'mail box' addresses. This helps give the impression that your business is actually based at our address rather than being a forwarding service.

If purchased with your company formation, the first year fee for the Mail Forwarding service is discounted to £80.

Forwarded mail is charged per item based on the cost of postage plus a 10p per item handling charge.

All prices are subject to VAT.

Postage and handling charges are charged on a monthly basis in arrears and are not applied to official mail where an active registered office service is in place. Use of this service is also subject to continuous payment card authority being in place to cover ongoing post charges

With this service your company would use our London Address as the registered address of the company.

All statutory post will be forwarded to UK addresses free of charge. For any other post to be forwarded you will need to purchase our Mail Forwarding service, which is available on the next page.
