Change your company's name securely online today with QF Registrars' electronic name change service.
A company can change its name by special resolution or by means provided for in the company’s articles. As part of our Company Manager service, it is possible to securely file an electronic change of company name form (ECON) directly to Companies House. We also offer an express same day name change service (for submissions before 3pm) if the change of company name is urgent. As part of the service, you have the option to select electronic and hard copy versions of the Certificate of Name Change provided by Companies House.
Using our secure online company name change facility, you can change the company name of all company types, including Private Limited by Shares, Public Limited Companies (PLC), Private Limited By Guarantee and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP).
Whether you incorporated your company with QF Registrars or not, you can still use our name change service. If you incorporated with QF Registrars, simply use the Company Manager to change the company name. If you did not incorporate with QF Registrars, simply enter the company's authentication code and number into our import facility and you can file the form immediately.
