A company is required by law to keep certain specific records up-to-date. We can help our clients ensure their company registers are maintained according to the Companies Act 2006.

Your company must keep the following records maintained for statutory compliance:

• Register of members
• Register of directors
• Register of secretaries
• Register of mortgages and charges
• Minutes of members' and directors' decisions

A company may also choose to maintain other documents for ease of reference and to ensure a smooth running of your company. Additional documents include:

• Register of allotments
• Register of transfers
