Once a company has been formed there are a number of compliance and reporting obligations that its officers must fulfil. QF Registrars provides a Health Check service to establish whether your company complies with these obligations.

Our services

• Review your company statutory registers to ensure that the records are accurate and reflect the company's current position.
• Review your company's filing records with Companies House to ensure these are accurate and up to date.
• Carry out any rectification work if necessary.
• Check whether any shareholders general meetings need to take place under the company's Articles of Association.
• Reviewing the position of the company and its directors with regards to the Companies Act 2006.
